Brenda Russell is a retired Vanguard Manager with a professional career focused on operations and project management.

Growing up with a love of traveling, Brenda knew the importance of learning about different cultures and traditions from a young age.  She dedicated a large part of her adult life to helping others.  A lifelong volunteer, Brenda has been a candy striper, served on the Eastern Baptist Theological Seminary Auxiliary, and most recently has adopted the role of Executive Director and CEO of F4.

Brenda began working with F4 in helping build the Food Rescue Program that collects and distributes food to those in need from business partners. In her current role as CEO, Brenda works strategically with her staff and Board of Directors to optimize food-donor relations to provide more nonprofit organizations with access to additional sources of food.

Brenda resides in Downingtown, Pennsylvania, where she enjoys hiking different trails in her community.
