Derek Fiorenza, Chief Operating Officer of Summit Group Retirement Planners, specializes in retirement planning for companies and their employees.

A graduate of Villanova University, where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, and the California University of Pennsylvania, where he obtained his Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Derek is passionate about community building and creating programs that will impact the future.

Derek began charitable, philanthropic work in the food distribution space in 2007 before founding F4 in 2011. His goal is to create a world without hunger where everyone has access to food.  Currently, Derek serves as the President and Secretary of F4. His responsibilities include supporting the needs of the organization through strategic direction consultation and ongoing advancement initiatives with current and prospective monetary donors.

Derek resides in Coatesville, Pennsylvania, where he is actively involved in his church, often volunteering his musical talents on the guitar and as a lector.
